Air stops coming out of vents

I own a 2017 cx3 and have been having issues with air vents. The a/c and heat work and blow air fine, but occasionally the air flow turns to a trickle then comes back after playing with the dials for awhile. Anyone else experiencing this? Thanks in advance!
